It is said that
" Eyes are the windows to the
soul"
But what if your eyes get damaged due
to work you do sitting close to a screen like your laptop's or desktop's
screen.
The rule of 20 minutes,
20 feet and 20 seconds is a well known rule
proven scientifically. The rule helps you in preventing your eyes.
On working continuously in front of a computer screen, our eyes often dry up. The dryness in eyes leads towards there redness.
To solve this problem , you
need to look at an object kept at a distance of 20 Feet after
every 20 minutes, for a time duration of 20 seconds.
Hence, after every 20 minutes you need to take a break from your work and look
away from the screen. This helps in reducing the risk of damaging your eyes.
